• PC - Windows® 2000/XP/2003/Vista on the Intel Platform running at 500MHz or Faster
• Mac - Mac OS X 10.4 or higher, HFS+ file system on PPC or Intel Mac, running at 600MHz or Faster.
  
• Minimum of 512 MB RAM - More is better
• A Storage Drive or Network Drive at least as large as the amount of data you wish to recover

FILERECOVERY® Professional 2009 for U3:  Note that the U3 version must be installed on the U3 device before the data loss. If you have lost data on your U3 device and do not have FILERECOVERY® Pro for U3 installed, you will need to use the full version of FILERECOVERY® Professional 2009 for recovery.

NOTE: To preserve the drive with the deleted files, all recovered files must be saved to another storage device or another drive letter in the system. Do not download the software to the drive that you want to recover. If you want to recover data from your system drive, download the software to another system and burn it to a CD. Then run the software on the affected system from the CD. FILERECOVERY® Professional 2009 can recover files from The EFS and Compressed Drives and Folders in NTFS.
